If you’re looking for a personal experience with buying carpet and having your hardwood floors refinished this is the place to go. From the very beginning to the end of the project was fantastic as their name suggests. Mike has a very caring attitude and personality as well as Daniel and it showed throughout the process. Now let’s get to the installation review, it was beyond expectation not only for the beautiful carpet they laid for me but there’s just a big Wow on the refinishing of my 11 year old hardwood floor. They gave me suggestions on the topcoat sheen and they nailed it. I got to choose a custom stain too. Leo my hardwood floor expert was beyond professional, we tested several stain colors and got it just right, It now looks modern, beautiful and durable. It’s more beautiful than I even could’ve imagined. Everyone that has seen it since it was finished can’t believe how great it turned out. I’m a 100% satisfied customer and will continue working with them to complete my lower level carpet and when I’m ready for new tile this is my go to store now.

After moving into a new home we wanted to install new flooring. An experience with a big box furniture store ended in catastrophe and we had to start from scratch. When we found Fantastic Floors and worked with Mike and Daniel we were absolutely stunned at how different the experience was. They installed new carpeting on our second floor and engineered hardwood on the first floor. It was a huge project and through it all they were kind and generous with their time and communications. Their work was on time and at a fair price point and the installers were careful, friendly, and cleaned up each day. In addition, they had no problem helping make minor adjustments along the way to ensure the best results possible. We are in love with our floors and we are so grateful we found them! We highly recommend them!

Great experience updating our kitchen countertops and tile backsplash. Mike was great during the selection process, patient and flexible. The team was able to turnaround our installation really quickly. Working with Daniel throughout the installation process was great - he kept us informed and was responsive to our needs and questions.
